That is why Chances is thrilled to team up with Moose FM—alongside our generous community partners Merwin Optical Ltd, Rhythm Auctions, Synergy Land & Environmental, Enbridge, and The Historic Red Barn Pub & Grill—to bring back one of our favorite community traditions: Chances Home for the Holidays!
Making Holiday Reunions Possible
Do you know someone who has spent the year putting others first? A frontline worker who never takes a break, a dedicated volunteer, a family member navigating tough times, or someone who simply hasn’t been able to afford a trip home to see their loved ones?
Chances Home for the Holidays was created to bring families together when it matters most. We are awarding a travel voucher to help reunite a deserving individual with their family this festive season.
How to Nominate
We want to hear your story! Nominating someone is simple, meaningful, and only takes a few minutes:
- Think of Your Nominee: Consider a friend, family member, neighbor, or colleague whose presence would light up the holidays for someone special.
- Share Their Story: Tell us about them! What makes them extraordinary? Why do they deserve a trip home? How would reuniting with their loved ones impact their holiday season?
- Submit Your Entry: Fill out the official nomination form. Be sure to include as much heartwarming detail as possible—every story counts!
