, a 5-week wellness series centered on mental health, well-being, and creative expression.
Facilitated by Teleia Dettieh, this program offers a welcoming and supportive space for participants to connect, reflect, and explore healing through both conversation and hands-on creative activities.

Connecting to Self: How Our Values Guide Us
Activity: Hand Embroidery + Begin Ribbon Skirts
In this session, participants will explore how personal values shape decisions, identity, and direction in life. Through guided discussion and reflection, attendees will have the opportunity to reconnect with what matters most to them.
The creative portion will include continued
hand embroidery
, along with the introduction of
ribbon skirt making
, offering a meaningful and culturally connected activity that supports self-expression and identity.

Creating Wellness Bundles is designed to support mental wellness and resilience through:
Guided group discussions
Creative, hands-on activities
Opportunities for reflection and community connection
Participants are encouraged to attend each week to build on their experiences, but drop-ins are always welcome.
