For the Moose FM 100.1 Fort St. John app, you can request deletion of your Moose Club account and its associated app data by emailing [email protected]. Use the subject “Moose FM account deletion request”.
Send the request from the email address used for your Moose Club account and include that account email. If you used an Apple private relay address or can no longer access the account email, explain that so we can arrange account verification. Do not send your password, sign-in tokens or payment details.
Moose FM account-deletion requests go to [email protected]. After verifying ownership, we manually handle removal of the account and associated app data, follow up with service providers where needed, and explain any retained data or pending actions. Sending a request does not automatically delete the account.
Recovery copies may remain after live data is removed. Database backups retain seven backups by count and seven days of transaction logs. Exported backups become eligible for deletion after 30 days, with seven additional days of recovery. Older file versions become eligible after 90 days, followed by seven days of recovery. These settings do not automatically delete live accounts or guarantee a fixed completion date.
The request covers your account and associated app data, such as profile details, preferences, saved content, app activity and your studio conversation data, where those records can be verified as yours. Tell us if your request also covers newsletters, contest entries or other Moose Media services so their ownership and scope can be checked separately.
You can use this email request path even if you have uninstalled the app. Email an account deletion request.
