Meet Cece, a sweet and sensitive soul in search of her forever home! Cece was once a stray and after weeks of being a frightened wanderer, she was finally captured and brought to the SPCA. Initially overwhelmed by her new surroundings, Cece was understandably scared and wary of everything unfamiliar. However, despite her fears, she has never shown any signs of aggression.
With time and patience, Cece has begun to blossom. Cece absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a calm home environment, ideally with an outgoing canine companion to guide her.
