This week we’d like to introduce you to Celeste!
Celeste is a stunning girl with the most beautiful blue eyes and a wonderfully sweet temperament.
Before arriving at the SPCA, Celeste endured a terrible ordeal. She was found underweight and covered in wounds, likely from being grabbed by another animal. A vet exam revealed that her tail was hanging limp, and it was determined that it was detached internally, needing an amputation.
After her surgery, Celeste is recovering perfectly! Her amputation has not affected her spirit at all. Throughout her journey back to health, she has remained incredibly sweet and affectionate, tolerating all her treatments and medications like a true champion.
