To show you how quickly alcohol can affect your ability to drive, Chances Casino and Moose FM are presenting “TIPSY ELVES”

On Friday December 1st from 4pm-8pm, we’ll have one of our on air staff, owners of local businesses, and the RCMP all gather at Chances Casino. Throughout the afternoon we’ll be providing drinks and checking the Blood Alcohol Content of the participants, to show how the same amount of alcohol can affect different people.
