Moose FM in Fort St. John, B.C., has an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and energetic person to join our team as our Summer Cruiser Host! This isn’t just another summer job; it’s your chance to be on the radio, engage with the community, and create fun content for social media.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hitting the streets of Fort St. John to attend local events, meet businesses, and connect with the community.
- Delivering live on-air updates, sharing exciting happenings across the city.
- Creating engaging social media content (photos, videos, and posts) to keep our listeners in the loop.
- Representing Moose FM in a fun and professional way.
- Working closely with our Program Director to plan your schedule and appearances.
- Ensuring your on-air equipment and station vehicle are ready to roll.
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to be on-air and on-camera.
- Someone who loves meeting new people and bringing energy to local events.
- A social media whiz who knows their way around Facebook, Instagram, and more.
- A problem-solver who can adapt on the fly.
- Someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in radio and media.
- A valid driver’s license (this role requires travel around the city).

Part-Time: 30 hours per week
$18-$20/hour
